2. Scope and acceptance
These Terms govern the purchase of products through the Zodiari online store. Using the site and placing an order means you accept them. We may update these Terms at any time, so please read them each time you buy.
3. Products
Zodiari sells zodiac-themed jewellery based on the twelve signs. Product descriptions, photographs and specifications are provided for information. Images may differ slightly from the physical product due to lighting, screen settings or photographic adjustments.
4. Prices
- Prices are shown in US dollars (USD).
- Prices are valid at the time of purchase.
- We may change prices at any time. Changes do not affect orders already confirmed.
5. How to order
- Choose your zodiac sign and, if applicable, your pack (1, 3 or 5 pieces)
- Add to cart and review your selection
- Enter your name, full postal address, email and contact phone
- Choose a payment method
- Review the order summary
- Complete payment through our secure checkout
- Receive your confirmation email with the order number
It is your responsibility to check that all details are correct before confirming.
6. Payment methods
We accept credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay.
All payments are processed through certified secure gateways. Zodiari does not store card details on its servers.
7. Shipping and delivery
Coverage: United States and Canada
Estimated delivery: 8–18 days from dispatch, plus 1–3 business days to prepare the order
Shipping cost: free on every order
Tracking: provided by email on every order
Orders not received: covered by a 30-day delivery guarantee — see our Refund Policy
8. Availability
In the unlikely event that a product becomes unavailable after your order is confirmed, we will contact you within 48 business hours to offer an alternative or a full refund.
9. Right to change your mind
You have 14 days from delivery to return your order. See our Refund Policy for the full process.
10. Warranty
Our products are warranted against manufacturing defects and defects in materials. The warranty does not cover normal wear, accidental damage, misuse, or products altered by third parties.
11. Liability
We do our best to ensure our products match their description and quality, but we are not liable for:
- Delays caused by carriers or circumstances beyond our control
- Damage caused by incorrect use of the product
- Indirect damages arising from the use of our products
- Temporary site downtime beyond our control
Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the order in question.
12. Intellectual property
All content on zodiari.com (text, images, logos, designs) belongs to Zodiari or its respective owners and is protected by intellectual property law. Reproduction, distribution, modification or use without express permission is prohibited.
13. Data protection
Personal data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
14. Disputes and applicable law
If you have a complaint, contact us first at support@zodiari.com and we will try to resolve it directly. These Terms are governed by Spanish law, where the seller is established, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you have in your country of residence.
15. Changes to these Terms
We may amend these Terms at any time. Changes take effect once published on the site. Orders placed before publication are governed by the Terms in force at the time of purchase.
